Heart Disease Lifestyle Risk Assessment

Heart disease is any disease that involves the heart or blood vessels. This includes coronary artery diseases such as angina and myocardial infarction, stroke, cardiomyopathy, heart arrhythmia, and congenital heart disease.

There are controllable risk factors that affect your risk of heart disease, stroke and metabolic syndrome? It is essential that you measure your life style risk of heart disease as well as take advantage of advance cardiovascular disease blood testing so that you make a personalized plan to help prevent heart disease or an attack in the near future.

By age 40 everyone should know their risk for developing heart disease. If you have a family member who had heart disease at an early age (mother or sister before age 65, or father or brother before age 55) you should know about your risk factors and be screened earlier than age 20.

Join me for my Heart Disease Lifestyle Risk Assessment Class. You will be able to sit down, take a deep breath, and really take a stock of where you are in your risk factors for heart disease and other lifestyle health conditions. You will then make an actionable plan to take charge to help maintain or improve your health. After the class I am available to provide lifestyle coaching, guidance and motivation to keep you going over the long-haul. Don’t miss this opportunity. Do it for the health of it!
